Is it possible to increase the amount of prims your land is allotted? even if it means paying more on monthly land fees?

no.

The only way to do that is buy more land in the same sim....doesn't have to be connected just in the same sim.

Eventually.

LL has stated that as technology in servers expand, prim limits will rise.

Don't forget City Land is 2x Prims (Sistiana, Barcola, Grignano, Miramare). So double the prims for an equal size plot in the rest of SL.. But good luck on finding affordable land.. lol.. A 400m2 plot cost L$50,000 or so. Not really worth it since you can get more land and prims elsewhere for that same amount.

I consider the CitySims as (The Beverly Hills of SL).

BAsically the longer you hold onto your land (real long term here), the more it will be worth.

The lindens will increase prim limits as the SL client (and the host computers) can handle it.

The servers can already handle many more than 15,000, its just a matter of putting in more RAM and letting the clients catch up.
