Land For Sale

I have 2536sm in Derwent currently set for sale. The current asking price is $12KL. It is flatish, and I currently don't have the coordinate's availible, if interested, im me in game and I will send you a land mark. Derwent is mostly lag-free and not as populated as most mature sims. This land is also set for $5kL less than what i paid for it. I need to get rid of it as I can no longer afford my premium account. No reasonable offer will be refused, cut off date is January 30th.
