This is a new project, just getting started, with plenty of room in the ground floor. InnerLife, a biofeedback and wellness activity area, is looking for Charter Members interested in sponsoring our island setting with lots of approximately 2000msq tier free, but requiring monthly "rent" to cover the island cost (similar to the Uru Live model). Please be aware that due to the restrictions of island management, the group will "own" all land, so becoming a Charter Member will require an element of trust. This will be a themed build so some restrictions on development will apply -- the group will work together to get those in writing before anyone is asked to invest. In general, think similarly to what Anshe is doing with the Midge project (which I very much admire, but can't afford to get involved in right now): "build nice and don't be an ass."
