I was watching this auction because it's such a lovely sim. It's not worth $1600US; but it is very nicely formed and textured.
If you have a minute, walk around it before it gets hacked up and dumped on. Oh that sounded disapproving, sorry, I meant before it is subdivided and expertly adourned with most beautious endowments.
