Help Please - Downloaded "Transaction History" is empty

The title says it.

The .xls file I receive from my account on the SL webpage contains sensible column headings (so I am receiving it correctly) but absolutely no data. When I look at it in a text editor I see what I have pasted below the line. Is it broken ? A Forum search gives no answer. This is true for every day, including those when the page display shows mutiple transactions. Though I don't understand those either, as transactions and balance changes don't seem to tally. Are things left out ? Is it crippled deliberately to stop traders polling it repetitively ? What is going on here ? Anybody know ?
