I wanted to buy some "first land" today, and when i searched for some, none came up :(. I was wondering, is this common? Is it rare for "first land" to be on the market? Should I just go ahead and buy some normal land instead of waiting for a long time to buy first land? Or is it usually available for purchase? Thanks for the help!

its not unusual for it to run out, and wait for more is my advice you will never buy land cheaper :)

Stuna, be patient and the first land will be available :). Don't be tempted to buy land elsewhere, as soon as you do that, you forfeit on this great opportunity. First land costs L$1 per m2, you will never get an offer like that again.

It often seems that they add the new land late at night EST, so looking late at night can be a good idea or early in the morning.

Often they do not list everything they have available, but if you go to the brand-new sims, you can find first land out -- one might be listed but 9 others not, so you have to physically fly there to see them.

New sims are appearing around the north of the map around the new continent with all the moth names but also at the south too under those sims with names like Bear and Cranberry.
