New Large Project need help!

Hi im looking for people willing to join me in a joint venture setting up a rental empire. The empire will build massive skyscrapers on small plots of land and rent them out for shops and advertising.

I am looking for builders to give me a quote for the building skyscraper. (I want someone else more experienced than me to build it).

I am also looking for people to invest in this. Investors will be expected to share the responsibility of running and will also share the profits.

Not sure this will work... small plots of land will have low prim limits... the skyscraper itself may not even be able to be built.

Prim limits are why SL resembles the Suburbs as opposed to the city.
