When land converts back to Gov. Linden when a person leaves:
How long until that land gets cleared of objects?
How long before that land goes up for auction?

It doesn't necessarily go up for auction, apparently. The First Land next to my First Land reverted to First Land again after the owners left/defaulted/whatever, and this was after a couple of months, I think.
