It's just the US$100 transfer fee, renaming and cleaning of the sim is free.

NB: If your buying a sim, make /sure/ to check when it's billed. The island's billing date will not be reset when you transfer it, so you may buy it, and have only 2 weeks worth of fees paid on it. Also, make sure to check with the Concierge (Cyn & Lee) that this date is accurate, we've had people claim a date was one thing, and it turns out to be completely another.

Thanks for the replies. I have considered purchasing an estate but never had heard about Linden hidden charges to take into account. They are now less scary sounding that I first thought.
