Could a Frequently Argued Questions post be useful to reduce churn in the forum.

It could briefly outline the cases for and against common questions - i.e.

*** Stipends devalue the $Linden ***

For: Some are of the opinion that Stipends devalue the $Linden by...blah blah blah. Others feel it is mainly the basic stipend that is problematic... blah blah blah welfare...

Against: Probably a majority of posters feel the stipend is a required tool to stimulate the economy. Some would also agree that it is also potentially problematic because...

*** LL creates $L out of thin air...***

*** The Lindex is at $XXXX today and this is bad ***
For: Philip once said blah... boo hoo...Ponzi...We are all going to die...

Against: We dont have enough data or control, we can only trend.... LL have magic levers

Movement in the Lindex is not a talking point in itself...
