How many land barons does it take to take over a SIM? Only 1. They just move a casino/club in and lag your sim so horribly that you have no choice but sell your property cheap. Oh, wait... that was supposed to be a joke.

The correct answer is two land barons selling the sim to each other over and over, each time making a bigger profit!

Nice - and wise - Land Barons don't place clubs/casinos anywhere near a residential region. The residents made angry by that might be future customers.

I rent land out albeit in a modest way and I forbid casinos and/or camping chair type business on my land. In my limited experiance most business of this type go skint quick, but residential and/or shop type clients can be profit centres for both me and them, which is good. Just an opinion based on 4 to 5 months of observation
