I have heard a lot about first land and I'm wondering on the tiers... It says 512sq is $5/month. Does that mean that you need to pay US$5/month for First Land because somebody told me You just need premium ($9.95/month) and you can buy your first land at L$512 without paying a tier...
Can somebody explain this?

No Jayson. First land is part of your premium account. If you wanted an additional 512.. that would be another 5 bucks.

So if I want 1024sq on my account, it costs premium ($9.95) + tier ($5) =$15/month
But only 512sq can be purchased as first land?

As a premium account holder you may own up to 512 sqm WITHOUT paying land tier. The US$ 5 for 512 sqm is the tier you have to pay for ADDITIONAL land.

Correct. You would have to wait and try to purchase a neighbor's lot to pick up the second 512 lot.
