Regarding * Do i or Dont I own land Bought from Anshe*
To my recollection of reading the last few posts in the thread...
The substance of them makes me wonder If in fact Anshe is a bad buisness woman, or a very clever & devious Lady (uses the world lady with some trepidation)
In revealing personal & private information regarding another SL person it seems the thread was closed...
I cant see any other reason why the thread would have been closed ???
It seems Anshe will do anything in her power to get her own way!!!
She has obviousley made it clear that she will NOT reimbuse me for the 30K I feel she owes me...
I wonder if this was real life as opposed to Virtual Life what the courts of law would do in this situation ???
Oh well guess we will never know

Please..who cares? I mean really. I dislike this women and advise anyone who asks to not do business with her. Smart or not... you simply dont treat people in the way she treats people.
But that isnt even the issue. The question is a honest one and one many have ask. The answer is simple. no.. you dont own it. your basically renting.

Sorry if I'm confused but it's been a little while since I browsed your OTHER thread on this same subject.  If I remember correctly though, isn't this a case of buyer's remorse? Essentially, you bought land, decided you didn't want it, and then felt entitled to a refund from the other party? Or, if not, what exactly is your claim? Sorry, I'm just trying to understand your position. |
