Hi....I was wondering If I buy a patch of land and someone else owns land right beside me and they sell me there land.....would it cost me the monthly fee to own the land i brought from them or to build on it?

Hi Natalie.

The amount you pay per month is based on your total amount of land during the month. The first 512m is included in your premium account fee, above that you pay extra.

So if you buy land from your neighbour and it takes you over 512m you will pay more.

Hmmm, not exactly... You actually have to go to your account page to manually set your tier level up to the size of the land you own, or else you lose the land after 24 hours. This is so you stay in control of how much money you pay LL each month.
