Hi, I hesitate in making a new mall or building rentable appartments affordable and luxury)
What do you think that have the highest demand ?
Or is it something else (land related) ?
I have to make money with my land to buy another one ! lol

Sheep ranch is the way to go. The demand (and desire) for SL sheep has sharply risen in the last couple of months. This is pretty much an untapped market and sure to boom soon. Get in on the ground floor and beat the others to the punch!

Patryk - You might want to consider building something that really inspires YOU. There are a lot of malls and clubs that fall in and out of popularity. What seems to really stay are those builds that people did out of love and facination with their subject matter. What would YOU love to see in SL? Whatever it is, I want to see it because I love running around and looking at the fantastic things that come out of peoples minds.
