MY comments on the article..

IF you should not ”play to be a bank” you must have at least an official notary publics and more behind you - but thats in Europa-- is my personal comment.. not to Pham but.. maybe not necessarily in China..

BTW - I was speaking to a representative from China about copyrights.. about pictures.. ”why should you bother.. we dont have that”.... poff..
