Did GOM ever implement Paypal's mass pay feature? |

A few months ago when I posted the comparison of an IGE to GOM transaction, one of the issues that came up was the fee Paypal premium account holders were incurring when dealing with GOM and not IGE. At that time, Tom said that it was due to IGE using Paypal's mass payment system, which incurred no fees to the recipient, and that GOM would implement it ASAP to help. Did this ever happen?

No, they didn't. Furthermore, my request for an update on this feature has gone unanswered since Aug. 20th. Seems like they're throwing in the towel.

I know they were working one it, but I don't know any more. I would assume that it is still coming, but with all that has happened, who knows when.
