Ok, I've been through help, the wiki and the forums. I figured out how to subdivide, but now how do I select the two parcels to rejoin them???
Much thanks!!

Go to edit land, and place the yellow 16 m2 box close to the border between the two lots you want to join. Drag the box so that the highlighted area is in BOTh parcels. Click Join.

just want to add to that, when you join you don't have to include ALL of the parcels to join. Just include any little part of two parcels in your selection, it will join them.

It doesn't have to be 16m, it doesn't have to be big, it doesn't have to be little, it just has to be any piece, it will tell you if there is a "join" option, then you join. It won't let you join property not owned by the same owner.

Also, I've found that you can join lots that aren't next too each other. You have to own both lots that you are joining, but there can be land in between that is owned by others.

Also, if you want to preserve dwell from one of them, make sure you join the one with the lower dwell into the one with the higher dwell.

yes the LAST parcel you add to the selection will be the parent and will determine the settings for the joined lot. this includes name, descriptioin, options, url, and current traffic.

Really? I found the opposite, I always start by selecting the parcel with the options I wish to keep... hmmmm
