Depends on what you mean by "available."
Suppose you own an entire sim. Monthly tier $195.
If you send the Lindens $195 each month for a year, it will cost you 12*195 = $2340.
However, if you deposit $2292.30 in a paypal account, and let the Lindens withdraw $195 each month, at the current Paypal APR of 4.52% you will have exactly enough for the Lindens to withdraw $195 each month for a year. You will save $47.70.
