Dearly Darlings,

I was very interested in reading Brent's missive about the Support's Known Issues Page.

It defines the bugs that are being found in the system. However I do believe that there is something still lacking in the scheme of things. It might be nice if you do have a bug to get a IM about the nature of your bug: ie Showstopper vs. small. I have been waiting for over a month for any kind of information about my bug. Even a "No, Mrs. Tiger we have no clue." is better than no correspondence at all. I also get the feeling that the right hand may not know what the left is doing. I've had, D, E, X, D, and R at my home for starters. When I inquire, no one seems to have any record of what's going on at my house. I get the we need more information speech. I've even called the company and been assured that the proper folks will get back with me. It's not happened yet. I know my bug is most likely a "small" one but falling through the house and grounds are starting to make my eye twitch. I've placed extra prims out so that does not happen every where, but I do have one small section that I check everytime I log on...and I still have a problem. I know how hard everyone in the office is working to make Second Life enjoyable for everyone. I just really think this would help to make customer relations better.

look @ the 2 bars at the top right corner of the program. is the LEFT bar very high and red when you start falling though the floor?

if so it might be your cable. i had that problem initially when i started playing, but a yummytasty cable guy named Alex came out and laid some new lines from the pole to my house and things improved a lot for me!

blessings!
