Anshechung.com

I have heared about anshechung.com some time ago, but never took closer look as it did not seem relevant for my SL game-play. They are neither competitor nor have I been in need of any land brokerage or rental services in SL nor did I have need for their merchant services under SLExchange.com.

I would also like to say that all people at Anshechung.com I ever dealt with were always polite, prompt and friendly, unless disagreed with or except when not prompt or friendly.

This week I did take closer look at Anshechung.com. And what I learned surprised me. Let me list some of what I learned and, please, if I am wrong correct me:

1. Anshechung.com's ownership is not known.
   
2. Only Anshechung.com takes responsibility and guarantees for the accounts held by Anshechung.com
   
3. Anshechung.com has, so far, collected an unknown amount of L$ from SL players
   
4. Anshechung.com has released no audited reports of the firm's holdings
   
5. Anshechung.com has "cashed-out" an unknown amount of customer L$
   
6. This money Anshechung.com used for "investments"
   
7. Their biggest investments are in "pork belly futures"
   
8. Anshechung.com tells people that land rented from them can be rented to other players without Anshechung.com involvement
   
9. Anshechung.com borrows short term money, aquires short term liabilities, gives the illusion of short term liquidity and invests it in long term projects
   
10. Anshechung.com pays no interest at all
    
11. RL banks in South America are not willing to lend money to the owner of Anshechung.com. For this reason they are forced to raise money in SL to finance their "pork belly futures" projects. Neither are banks in Sweden, Switzerland, Swaziland, and Paraguay willing to lend money to Anshechung.com.
    
12. We have no information whatsoever about revenue generated by any "investments" that Anshechung.com used the money for that they accepted from other SL players
    
13. We have no information that Anshechung.com ever made any profit with any serious scale investment in the past.
    
14. There are land brokerage "laws" in SL regulating or controling land brokerage which Anshechung.com ignores when convenient.
    
15. Money you deposit with Anshechung.com or SLExchange.com is not insured
    
16. There is no government securing your deposits with Anshechung.com or SLExchange.com
    
17. Linden Lab explicitly stated that they will not step in if Anshechung.com or SLExchange.com goes bankrupt

My only purpose in posting this was to increase awareness and to have any misinformation I have posted corrected. I certainly am not trying to decrease customer confidence in Anshechung.com to enhance my own fiscal pursuits in SL as I have no fiscal pursuits in SL.
