I'm pretty new but have aquired a lot of land and want to set up some apartments or divide my land into smaller parts that can be rented or used by friends. I've seen this done but am not sure to set it up or go about it. Can anyone explain or point me in teh right direction?

Ive read a few mentions of Rental Boxes in other forum threads but am stuff unsure where to get them or how they work. Can anyone point me in the right direction or explain how this works? - I want to section off some of my land that I've built lofts on for friends to stay in and have permission to drop things up to 75-100 prims.
