Does anyone know why the camping chairs kick you out after 10 time intervals and who do some people stay on?

I am guessing some scripting change by owners of chairs. Maybe to deal with the amount of flak they have been getting for slamming main grid servers and trying to reduce the problem, but not a clue beyond that.

From casual observations.. newer chairs seem kick persons out who are (AWAY) or (BUSY).
