I am sure we all have thought this at sometime in our SL life Experience .... We own land and try hard to repect any crowding of other land owners when we build. There has been times where we have had an odd prim slightly overlap the Land boundary lines. Un aware to us We do like to have a bit of buffering around land depending on what is constructed. If there is any over hang and brought to our attention .. we try to make it right. I like to use guides .. (thin widths of maybe 0.200 x 0.10 x 10 meter high) to place this side of property line and move as building to make sure we are within our own land. My question as a land owner ... How do you actually determine.. where you are within your own property as being a safe zone to build without causing a problem with neighbours or vice versa. And if your neighbour seems to not respect the same views as you on this and tends to crowd you anyway where is the happy medium>> and or solution. Is there a buffer allowance that when your prim or someone elses overhangs i .... t will not show as an added prim on your land. If so what percentage and how do you solve this crowding problem

Here are my suggestions if your neighbors are being uncooperative.
If they refuse to move the "offending" prim after repeated, polite requests, AR it. Contact Michael Linden and explain the situation to him. He is very good at helping with this sort of thing. It might be best to call LL and speak with him over the phone. The last time something like this happened to me, he responded very quickly and the offending prims were moved. The only other choice you may have if none of the above works on a permanant basis is to sell your land and buy elsewhere. But only as a last resort. Hope that helps.

Thanks Selene for your input with this ... It has been an on going affair I have made a request on a note card to save if anything developes Example Attitudes of revenge !!! Which seemed to be a pattern also. It is unfortunate ppl can't get along and respect each other altho I do understand there are ppl out there who will never be eye to eye. Solving a situation and trying to keep diplomacy is pretty hard.. when there seems to be consequencses attached to it. We have a sweet piece of property not too big not too small Seems sad to have to give that up .. I will use the advice you have shared in hopes it can make some progress .. without having to take the last resort .. road !!!ty
