We are pleased to announce a new set of marketplace data is now available for download at:
https://secondlife.com/currency/economy.php We have published a set of statistics that will be updated daily including figures on SL Population, Land, and Currency. This initial round of data is meant to support SL businesses, entrepreneurs, land owners, and the just plain curious. If you have more stat categories you would like to see published, please let us know by responding to this thread. Enjoy! |

I'd like to see:
# of residents as a function of L$ balance (e.g. there are 5000 residents with balance L$1-L$100, 2000 residents with balance L$101-L$500, etc.) # of distinct accounts logged in as a function of window (e.g. 8000 distinct accounts logged in during the last 7 days, X in the last 14 days, Y in the last 30 days, Z in the last 60 days) users online as a function of time, with granularity of <=1h, perhaps median filtered over the past week |
