Hi, Does anyone know what the policy is regarding selling First Land. I'm still new enough to qualify for First Land, but I don't actually need it. With the going rate for land being about L$5/sq.m. (ignoring the massive 10-40 sim deals happing right now  ) and me being able to buy at L$1/sq.m. I sense an 'easy' L$1k .. say buying at 1 & selling a 3 L$/sq.m. Thoughts? Leon |

check areas close to the land you get, compare prices, you caan make much more that 3$L per sqm

I wouldnt... let a few other people get land next to it or nearby... just give it a short time and you will be asked iff you want to sell it

Wow, Within 5-10 minutes of buying land I've been contacted with regards to selling the 512? Unfortunately the offer of 'free' rental on someone elses land doesn't have any value for me ... For the record the offer was L$1k + free rental somewhere for a month ... then one quantizillion L$ pm Leon |
