Exactly when does tier charge.

For instance, my billing date is the 14th. At what point can I buy land into the next tier and have it go on my next billing cycle. Do I have to wait until 12:01am on the 15th? Or can I buy land at 12:01am on the 14th? So that I don't cost myself a charge for tier for only a couple of hours of use? Also, in what time zone is that clock based. Are we talking LL time? Pacific Standard?

I need to purchase some land before it gets bought by someone else, and I need to figure out when the earliest I can get it would be where it counts on my next months tier.

Zen, Check the account page untill it says next tier bill date changes...

Since you already own some land, you can look at your account history and figure what day and time your last tier was billed on.

(Not your transaction history or account summary)

My profile says:

Next Bill Date: Monday, August 14, 2006

So, if I increase my tier on the August 14th, do I get billed for it on August 14th? Or does it first effect my bill on September 14th?

Ok, and I looked at my account history page, it says:

2006-07-14 22:19:59 Customer Payment
2006-07-14 22:00:18 Land Fee

So, does this mean basically that I need to wait until "2006-08-14 22:00:18"
before I bump my tier if I don't want to be charge for it until next billing?
