Hello,
How do I rent land to somebody that has a house on it? I would like to make it so that they can use all the features in the house, but not modify anything.
For land only, how do I rent it to someone so that they can build stuff on it?

1. Use a house that you can give administrative control to others. So they can set security and privacy.
2. Anyone can build on your land as long as autoreturn is off. Linden trees are the only thing they can't place on your land unless it's group land and they are members of your group.
3. I sugest you make your land group land so they can have full rights to the land and use to "home teleport"

members cannot place linden trees on group land... only officers of the group can

Make an invisible root prim linked to the house, but have it set on land you control; lock the house so it can't be moved or modified. When autoreturn is set or whatnot, everything will be returned but not the house.

"Making a land group land" means deeding it to the group? What is implied? Can they do anything with the land as if they own it? They can't sell it, right? Do I need to be part of the group?
