when I goto new land and try to buy it it says that only premium members can buy land. I am a premium member. I tried logging out and then back in. I tried logging out one day and then tried again the next day. It still won't let me buy it. I just started this game. Why won't It work? Is the game broken?

I think you have to wait until the 7 days trial period has ended. You can end it immediately in your account's web page, if I remember correctly.

Account activation failed

I tried to forgo my trial period but when I clicked the activate account now button it said that it failed. I tried several times but it never worked.

If you clicked activate now and it's failing, you need to check your credit card.
