Is anyone else having this problem?

2 days ago I withdrew $514..the website said it was sent. I never got the money. I've emailed "[email=support@metaadverse.com]support@metaadverse.com[/email]" three times, gotten no response at all. So i tried to withdraw $75 today. again, website said the money is sent. Never got the money. Still no reply from MetaAdverse

Rathe has been on Christmas vacation, and I think he's just getting back into the swing of things.

Over the holidays, there was a sim error over in Chartreuse that caused some objects to be spontaneously returned to the owner for no reason. I'm not associated with MA other than as a customer, but I'm sure that the missing transaction is related to this.

I'm sure that Rathe will take care of this at his earliest opportunity. I wouldn't worry if I were you :)

This sounds like their in world prim which handles funds is misbehaving... or, it may be related to the fact that Linden Lab changed their web site log in behavior (without telling any of us), causing scripts which monitor account activity to break. I know for 12 hours SLBoutique.com deposits were not being automatically processed, until I modified the script to resolve the issue. I then went back and manually applied deposits made during the 12 hour window.

As I don't work for MetaAdverse, I can't answer definitively, but since the platforms both use the same kind of tech, I thought this might shed some light for you.

All funds are still in the 'queue' and will be distributed as soon as I can recover the objects that went missing. My sincere appologies for the inconvenience. I hope to have this fixed by this evening. Once it is resolved I will then follow-up on all email inqueries related to it, but the priority is to fix it at the moment. Thank you for your patience.
