I have two questions which I have searched for but to no avail. Even reading the forums I have not come across these questions being asked. Having only been in the game a short while (less then two months) compared to many of you in the forums, please forgive Me if this is asked in the wrong forum group or it has been asked before.

Is it possible to join two properties that are divided by a road, thus making them one property?

Also, if two seperate properties are owned in a sim, both assigned to the same group with the same owner, can prims be used from one property on the other in that sim? Allowing one parcel of land to exceed its allocated prims by using the prims from the other parcel.

Yes to all of the above.

Just go to "Edit Land" and tap on the ground and a yellow box will appear. Drag that yellow box across the road till some of it is in the other parcel and clik "Join" And "Viola" you have one large parcel!

If you have any problems or more questions while you are in world just go to "Help" and clik on "Live Help" and someone will be glad to answer your questions.
