The worst part is they did it righ around the time RL rent is due. We all know for many content creators this is their real job. I got hit twice, RL rent and Sim rent. 1 day apart.

getting very discouraged with LL lately. That is life... The Government issues a new policy for the country and The Markets react accordingly.. Bad news equals selloffs and good news equals buying. If LL came out and said, "We will end stipends on June 1st", you can bet your bottom dollar, the L$ would see a buying wave as The Market tried to gobble up a commodity that will soon be capped at L$650/million.

But wait, arent we famous as human being for destroying own world? I think Robin is one of the bests.

C C I think that he meant that if they ended stipends the total amount of lindens in circulation would be caped at 650 mill although if they did end stipends there would have to be another way for lindens to be introduced in the the economy. so there would not be a cap

I basically sold off all my L over the past few months and plan to sell as I go for the forseeable future. The market won't get better and I have no real reason to stockpile L considering I rarely use large amounts and it's easy enough to buy (if I wait long enough I'll make back the 3.5% service expense). Keep in mind that you can make interest of real money in a real bank (although inflation still plays in). It's a no-brainer. I'm also strongly considering a price increase on my products. Lord knows the economy is strong enough to bear it. That's what "real" businesses do. They don't sit around with huge piles of cash in the bank and they raise prices to match inflation and as the market will bear.

I suck at this stuff. I can barely figure out those funny text boxes that say compile at the bottom.
