Question about selling Lindens$

I've never sold Lindens before so bare with me...

Once I post the amount I wish to sell on Lindex...how are the USD tranaferred to me? Do they automatically go back into the credit card acct that Im using for membership?

And...here's a biggy... How long does it take for the transfer to come to me as usable?

They go into your account as USD credit. You will have to process the credit to get it out. https://secondlife.com/account/withdraw.php is the url to do that.

Selling Lindens?

If you've got Cyn or Philip you'll probably get a lot of USD for either one...

(1) You sell the Lindens on Lindex. They've always sold instantly for me, and the largest amount I sold in one go was worth approx $130 USD. Those USDs are credited to your LL Account (not Paypal yet) and will show up under 'US Dollar Balance' on the My Account page.

(2) To get the money in your Paypal account, you have to visit https://secondlife.com/account/withdraw.php (Process Credit link from My Account page). This has always taken five working days for me.

(3) To get the money into your own bank account, you then have to use Paypal's Withdraw facility. I don't know how quickly the Paypal > Bank transfer takes in other countries, but in the UK, that's another five working days approx. So...in the UK...the money isn't 'usable' for approx. two weeks after you first sold the Lindens on the Lindex.
