Doesn't matter what country you're in, make tomorrow a holiday for yourself. Get some friends together, drink some good drinks, eat some good food, and have a good time. You'll feel better for it!

I'm not suggesting people celebrate the 4Th, but instead, just to have a *holiday* regardless of whether it's official or not. Everyone needs a holiday now and then to remind us that we aren't just worker drones that have to take everything deadly-serious. So diet or not, have fun, spend some time with friends and family, and smile.
