im currently looking to sell my plot of land along with everything on it, and i dont know what would be a decent price to ask for.
currently i have a 4096 plot of land with a 2 story brittany estates mansion on it, fully furnished top to bottom. also there is a pool in the back with2 tables, chairs, sun bathing towels, etc.
anyone have ideas? PM me in game if you want to see the land/house, etc.

PM me in game if you want to see the land/house, etc. In reality you are selling two different things, and it all depends on how long you you can wait for the land to sell. The good thing about selling land with a house is that you raise the value of the land, but the bad thing is that possible buyers may not be wanting that house. Most people want land to do whatever they want with it. They want to buy the house they like best. When you sell the house at the same time, you have to find a person that both likes the house and wants that much land. If you don't have time to wait, the house may not help in getting a higher price. If you have time to wait, the house definately can give you a better price for the land, however. My suggestion is to look in Find, to try to find others selling land similar to yours without a house, add on the price for the house and pools in stores across SL, and then add a few $L1000 on top of that just to start out on the high side of things. You then can drop the price slowly as you have less and less time to wait to get the land sold. That is about all the advice I'm willing to give for free right now. |
