lindex only offers me a sell button nowadays, nowhere to input what i want to sell (or buy for that matter) at, is it all automatic prices now? or am i missing something? thanks in advance

Switch your exchange preferences to "advanced" in your user account page. That will give you the full market view and allow you to name your own rate.
