i SOLD 150K on saturday and according to the website payment will be to paypal in 2 hours and ur welcome to contact them via live help if not.
I emailed them. left messeges via the websites and finally through live help
was left hanging on live help as they 'checked the payment'
eventualy was told a payment would be sent to the email account my paypal addy was associated with
that was over 24 hours ago and still had not reply to any emails or website queries
i have dealt with this co b4 and without problems i find this rather suspicious under the circumstances...maybe cashflow is low?
i know they havent been buying for a good while now but there wasnt any hesitation in collecting.
im really mad as it takes me 5 working days for the cash to hit my bank account and therefor Xmas spending money is down the drain now i wish id of kept it and sold if after Xmas at a higher rate
Just warning you...im very suspicious and wonder if ill ever get that $550 I was expecting.

oh brilliant! just tried live help AGAIN and apparently they have gone for Xmas Dinner and wished us all a Happy Xmas! :/
I am livid!
They are normally superb at customer care but WTF? 3 emails....2 attempts of Live help...4 days later and 2 promises of payment no replies to mails or website forms and nothing?
To miss payment the first time is unusual but twice? very very worrying and live help is shut? didnt say how long for...but the messege looks like thats it. ' See you after Xmas!'
GGRRR!!
I wonder if he is available for collection? ..me bets he is!
If anyone knows anything can you let me know?

Good luck getting your money. So many people have problems with them, I'm not even sure why people do business with them.

I've heard this happen a few times, most (if not all I've read) get the money in the end, but it takes sometimes up to a week -- keep poking them.

E-mail [email]mod@ige.com[/email], that's the manager addy (supposedly) which took me 12 times of talking with live help to get one time. Be sure to paste any conversations you've had with live help in the e-mail and also a screenshot of your transaction where you paid IGE (on the transactions page of your account on the website). I'm not saying this will get you anywhere but it's helped me in the past.

I know they had been overstocked for a few weeks now. But I had been using them for a few months now. I've never had issues with them. Keep buggin them. Hopefully you'll get your lindens back or get paid!!!

I had used them a number of times in the past and things went relatively smooth. However, I cashed in some lindens this past week and it wasn't as smooth as it used to be. Though I didn't exchange as much as you, the 40 minutes or so I spent on live help gave me the sense their right hand doesn't know what their left hand is doing. Eventhough the dollars were in my paypal account in about 4 hours, I had the feeling I was lucky and was very relieved the experience was over.
