I don't know if this has been discussed before, or if this is the right place (hope it is). But I was wondering if Linden Land ever gets "cleaned". I live on semi-edge of the world land, with Linden Land surrounding the edges, and so many objects get "stuck" there. As of right now we have a space rocket, car, helicopter, a particle emitting faerie... Im sure all that adds for lag. I had thought after a while objects stuck there got returned to your lost and found? Was just curious if there's ever a clean up, like they do at the sandboxes? Any information is greatly appreciated =) ... Hope I don't sound like too much of a complainer o.O

The Linden's actually created a forum for just this kind of problem, check out:
Second Life Forums > Linden Forums > SLLM: Second Life Land Management Post the location of the problem area, and watch the grid monkeys go to work cleaning it up. _____________________

I would like to see an extension of that forum to give land owners a chance to request no infrastructure.
Some of my neighbors and I bought green grassy land in Nestor with the idea of enhancing it with attractive builds. There was a strip of green Linden land adding to the pleasant surroundings. We were disappointed to see a strip of asphalt cover up the green on the Linden land . Right now that road stops at a cluster of trees. We need a forum where we can say no more road, and those who want the road could say let us have a road. This does not have to be a big divisive issue, just a tool to see what the local community wants and what other important stakeholders such as vehicle makers want. |

Well you could indeed use their land cleanup forum to ask they clean up their bit of road if it bothers you. The worst they could do is say nothing, or no.
