A premium account with 512 m2 cost 5 usd a month, with various monthly/seasonal/yearly schemes to reduce that fee.

A premium account with 1024 m2 costs 8 usd a month. Is that in addition to the 5 usd? Or instead of? If you are paying yearly for teh standard premium package, is there spome kind of reduction in total cost, or does the overall price work out as 8 usd a month?

A premium account costs 9.99 usd a month, and lets you own 512m2 plus increases your weekly stipend to L$500.

Only after paying for (and getting the benefits of) premium do you start paying tier. A tier fee of 5 usd per month (on top of the 9.99 for Premium) lets you own an extra 512m2, for a total of 1024m2. The tier fee of 8 usd per month lets you own an extra 1024m2, for a total of 1536m2, and so on.

I was confused by this at first too. it seems to be

premium allows: 512sqm
premium +$5 allows: 512sqm + 512sqm
premium +$8 allows: 512sqm + 1024sqm.

etc...
