hey guys just got second life premium account. i think it s gtreat but haven t been able to playit 4 two weeks because of exams. But anyway i just got on to the mainland after finally deciding to leave because i crtashed help island and everyone on it [anyone hear about it it happeened about a week anbd a half ago]. I m looking for land to bvuy and a house to buy [prefirably flats or bungalow] but anything will do, can someone tell me were the best place to buy land [small amount] is and wot kind of houses r 'in'

look for "First Land" in the Find menu. it's 512 L$ for 512 square meters, the size you may own as premium account holder without paying additional land tier.

You're looking for First Land. You pay no additional for it. It's a plot 16m x 32m with a limit of 117 prims.
Take the time to inspect your prospective land purchase. Make sure your neighbors are people you'll want to live near.
Also depending on your needs pick whether you want it on PG or Mature land. It will also determine what your future neighbors will be like.

Welcome to the Landowners!
First land is what you want priced at 512L for 512 m2 - an incredible value. If you buy mature land you'll have more risky neighbors but the resale value is a bit higher as well.
I bought PG at first and eventually moved when I got a break on a larger parcel from a friend that wanted to drop teir.
By all means - build your own house the experience is one of the joys of SL! Just make sure you only use 1/2 the prims for the house so you have some left to furnish it!

Remember that 512 plots only support 117 prims and are usually 16 x 32 M in size. To start with buy a cheap house that has mod and copy rights and you can live in it and also pull it apart and put it together again (the copy of it that is). Just make sure the house is small enough to fit. SLEXCHANGE.com has over 1000 houses listed by price. If you buy from a builder in world you can often walk through the house before you buy it.
