Greetings all,

I hope this is in the right place, and I do not feel like searching terribly much right now. But I was curious what people charge per week on their land/sim for the following:

- Apartments
* Prebuilt walls (duh), door, windows, door security
* Prim Limit: let's say both 25 or 50
* Other rules: No fly, safe, mature

- Island Land
* Size: 512 sq. m.
* Prims: 117 (standard)
* Other rules: No fly, prefer safe, mature

I was told for Land tier 1-2L per prim per week was average. On Apartments, I am not sure what is the average.

One note: this is on a themed/roleplay island. So people not only get land/apartments, they get that on a sim dedicated to a single purpose (one that is not solely commercial or combat or whatever). The sim is not very lagged until you get a few people with speeder bikes racing around. :)

I appreciate everyone's input.

I rent from Desire Rentals @ 250L a week for a prefab, streaming music(they set it to a stream of our choice) and 300 prims. I can also up my prim limit 100L for every 100 more.

and at the other estreme I rent a beautiful 2 story home with a killer 2nd floor patio and some land,set on a cliff overlooking a beach complete with seagulls on Eden Cay. The sim is extremly low lag as there are only 18 residences on the island beautifully landscapped as well. House comes with a in wall radio with preset stations and the ability to add more as well as a large screen tv which the renter can set. Prim allowence is 500 plus the house itself and the cost is 1500L a week and very well worth it. My point it all depends on the amenities builder a sweet build and you can charge for it.

PS: Sorry, I got no replies from actual land owners yesterday.
