Not surprisingly, given the recent GOM announcements, the L$ has fallen sharply. Its trading in the 3.40's range on the sell side.

I bet he's Alby

Or she. I keep forgetting that jamie is she. Or maybe Athlieu. I dunno. Alts are so amusingly complex.

Getting back on subject ;) I think IGE have also stopped buying the last few days. It usually signals a drop in L$ value from my experience as people desperate to sell go to GOM or another currency trader.

Ahaha, Merwan, you easily make my top ten list!

It's something like you, Ulrika, Coconaut, Prokofy (sure do miss him), Anshe, Aimee. Well, Aimee is probably more subconcious than concious. And she rarely comes out to play unless you prod her.

Oh yeah, and definitely Malachi lately. He's like .. on fire!

Chip could probably make the list but he's too bitter. And really, he just focuses on me. Ok, he's not on the list.

OH, yeah, and you can't forget Jau of course! He's like probably at the top.

If I missed you it's only because you don't start enough threads. Nothing personal, I just have this requirement that you have to be self absorbed.

It seems amazing that the decline of the $L seems to correlate so closely with GOM's mystifying decision to allow partial fill of orders, despite their assurance that it would have no market impact and that detracters of the system were howled down.

Now, looking at the market we see a huge glut of large sums of $L's at low low prices. What better way to sabotage a market? Flood it with cheap L's and point the finger elsewhere as to the causes of the decline. One can only speculate what large holders of L's would be so eager to dump them off so cheaply, and what their motivations may be.

If you did a historical analysis of the L$ price then you would see the decline was already in place long before partial fills was put in place.
