Ok, Currently I own 1024m2 of land for $5. In my account se
ttings, I'm at 512 land tier.
If I go up to the next tier, 1024, what will I own? 1536? Thats an odd number, an certaintly doesent make for a square plot. Am I correct in this?

You can own up to the amount of land that you're paying tier for. If you make a land purchase that would put you over that amount you're directed to the website where you can change the amount of tier you're paying for. The land purchase won't be final until you've "tiered up" to an appropriate level.
