It seems someone is buying first land for $L600. I've seen them in two sims, but I can't tell yet if they are doing it for resale or just to get a bigger plot. If you are a new person buying your first land for the first time, you should not sell this low. Even if you don't want your first land. The find button has a Land Sales tab. This is the same button you use to search for places to go. You just have to click on the tab that says Land Sales. If you look in there you will see that 512 meter2 isn't even selling that cheap. You don't have to pay teir on the first 512m2 land you get with your premium account. I suggest you hold on to it. Wait to see what others sell for, and then sell it for a similar price. You could always try to find other people that have for sale signs and see what they will pay for a quick cheap sale. Remember though, if you go for the quick sale, you are getting less than you will if you wait a bit. You aren't paying teir, so waiting shouldn't be an issue. Don't let someone else get the money from your first land unless you really need money fast. If you need money fast, get more than 600$L.

When I get there I'm finding the same guy over and over having the land transfered to them, and he asks me if I've bought first land yet. He wants the plot next to him. |
