THe numbers are out. We've surpassed L$700,000,000/Million
Linden Dollars in Circulation. Enough cash for every resident in
Second Life to own almost L$3,000.

Total L$ Supply (L$) 702,237,792

We are still on target to break L$1,000,000,000/billion by Dec 2006.

What am more curious about is, if by this time there'll be more RBD posts on this subject, than L$ in circulation... it's about 50:50 odds, would say.

Yes, that is great, but you are forgetting on really big factor. What is the average turn over rate for the L$? How many 10's of millions of L$ are just sitting in accounts waiting for whatever reason? How many millions are stilling on the Lindex alone?

I would say that the economy is in really good shape, I remember not to long ago the average was around 3500L$ per account.

I guess that means that LL should be adding more money to the economy. LL bring on more sources!

RBD would still freak out if there where 702,237,729 users and only 1L per player. To him the amount per player doesn't matter.
