have the tools but no instructions

Hi I am Dawan Au and this is my first post.

I was wondering if any of you own the NDE Rental Kit. I just bought it for 500L off of the exchange. I was very happy to finally have a tool for renting and it came with doors and windows that are made to work with the rental box . The only problem is the note card that came with it says what it does but not how to do the things that it does. I have sent an IM to the creator but I don't know the next time he will be on. So I was wondering if any one out there has it and could tell me how to use it. most off all I want to know how to make the doors and windows work for a box of my picking. We plan on renting out 8 rooms so we need each box to have a different code or something and for only the doors and windows of that room to respond. Ty to any one who helps me .

i haven't used their kit but open up the script and check if there are comments inside to tell you what to edit.


its usualy a matter of simply editing in the info you need and saving it and running it
that or the values you need to change are on a seperate notecard depending on how it was structured

You should probably make a copy of the original script or notecard the script reads for instructions and save it somewhere else in your inventory if possible before making any changes, just in case you dont get it configured correctly the first time.

you cant edit the scripts in the kit

I just got an IM from the maker and he sent me a new kit with detailed instructions so IO should be fine now. thanks for all the help.
