I'm a new member and I have a first land question:
I understand that first land is 512 in size and price. Are there ANY first lands near or on a water view, or is that out of the question. LOL!
I also read in the FAQ that if you own an island...OR more than the 512 permitted with a premium membership, there will be an additonal charge per month for the space, prims and maintenance...
Can anyone please elaborate on that for me? I'd be so greatful if you could answer the above questions. I'm not a premium member as of yet, and I'm trying to figure out if I actually want to be. Thanks so much for your help,

First Land near water or road is snapped up very very very fast if it becomes availible..
