SLExchange lets you complain about sellers, we need a place to complain about trouble customers.

People seem to use SLUniverse for that.

I concur on this.

Customers rate businesses all the time, but it's apparently evil for businesses to rate customers. Kinda lopsided.

The businesses must look like they are not greedy and/or conniving, and thus must put up a front of kindness towards customers. Some RL stores have a policy of the customer always being right in disputes, because they value their further custom. But try telling that to a store that won't sell you liquor because it's past midnight...!

Yes, we must be able to vent on the pesky customers.

I'm thinking of banning all customers from my land. My partner things that would hurt sales.

Actually, there is precedence.

For example, eBay lets you give feedback on customers.

Merchant account vendors have a system which lets them blackball merchant account customers.

There are plenty of examples in RL.

Scam artists and pirates, mostly.

And on the positive side, customers who provide constructive criticism (suggestions, fixes, script efficiency, and such).

That has nothing to do w/ store policy, that's each city and counties ordinances that the store must adhere to. It's the law, not individual store preference.

not always. Local WalMart here won't sell alcohol after 11 PM, but local law allows until 2 AM.

Didn't ya know? WalMart is a municipality unto itself! Set their own labor laws, certainly.

What we really need is a forum to complain about complainers!
