My group and I will soon be in need of a property manager for our rental properties. My question is: What is the going rate of pay for a property manager? We are talking about someone who is the primary contact, handles day to day rental issues (bans, modifications, etc.). Any information given would be of great use.

Thanks! I pay 4000L$/week plus incentive payments(for example paid L$6500 yesterday because of a big sell) plus upto 1/4 sim land for her own use. |
