Yep... plus it's very simple to join 2 parcels if you own them both :)

Yes, provided neither parcel has autoreturn on.

If one doesn't own the land or have permission to build on it, one shouldn't build on it.

First land is land that is for *sale* to residants that have never owned land before. It is not land that landless people can just use for free.

If you want to build on a particular First Land plot you should buy it. Remember you can only buy one First Land plot so make your choice a good one.
